To cancel your booking, simply contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Since our pujas are scheduled personally, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original payment (UPI / Bank Transfer).
• Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 working days of the cancellation confirmation.
• The amount may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
• Any transaction charges or bank fees deducted by the payment provider are non-refundable, as these are not received by us.
• For refunds, we will confirm the transaction reference and amount with you on WhatsApp for full transparency.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Instead of cancelling, you may prefer to reschedule your puja:

• You may request to reschedule your puja once, free of cost, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Additional rescheduling requests may incur a small administrative fee, which will be communicated upfront.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of Panditji and temple timings at Somnath Jyotirlinga.
• If you reschedule, your existing payment will be adjusted toward the new date — no additional payment is required unless the puja type or samagri changes.

In rare situations, we may need to cancel or reschedule your puja due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Temple closures or government restrictions at Somnath Jyotirlinga.
• Natural events, festivals, or crowd restrictions.
• Panditji's unavailability due to health or emergency.
• Any other situation beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we will inform you promptly and offer:

• A full refund of the dakshina paid, OR
• An alternate date for the puja at no extra cost, OR
• An alternate puja service of equal value, if you prefer.

Your Shraddha is our priority — we will never leave you without a proper resolution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If you provide incorrect Sankalp details (name, gotra, etc.) and the puja is performed accordingly.
• If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the puja. Puja is a spiritual offering — results are in the hands of the Divine.
• If you request a refund after the puja has been completed.
• If you fail to respond or attend (for in-person pujas) on the scheduled date.
• If the cancellation request is made after the 48-hour window (partial refund applies as per Section 2).

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with the following details:

• Your full name and registered mobile number.
• The puja date and puja type booked.
• The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve).
• Any payment reference or screenshot (if available).
