1. Definitions

• "Website" refers to SomAbhisek.com and all its pages.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to SomAbhisek.com and Pandit Kush Nimeshbhai Pathak.
• "You", "Devotee", "User" refers to any person accessing the website or booking a service.
• "Services" refers to all Puja, Abhishek, Anushthan, and related Vedic services offered on the website.
• "Booking" refers to the request made by you to avail any of our Services.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and booking our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide during booking is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You will use our services for lawful and religious purposes only.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability of Panditji and temple timings at Somnath Jyotirlinga.
• The Dakshina (fee) for each service is clearly mentioned on the respective service page. We do not charge any hidden fees.
• Payment can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or other methods as communicated by our team.
• Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
• Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with the puja details.
• Please provide correct name, gotra, mobile number, and Sankalp details for the puja. We are not responsible for incorrect Sankalp if wrong information is provided.
• Any additional samagri (materials) requested beyond the standard package may incur extra charges, which will be informed in advance.

4. Puja Performance

• All pujas are performed with complete Vedic Vidhi-Vidhan, Shraddha, and devotion, in accordance with Shastra.
• Pujas are performed at the Somnath Jyotirlinga or at the designated place as agreed.
• While we make every effort to perform the puja on the requested date and time, unforeseen circumstances (temple closures, natural events, government restrictions, priest unavailability) may require rescheduling. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative date.
• We do our best to provide photos and videos of the puja. However, due to temple rules or technical issues, documentation may sometimes be limited. This does not affect the sanctity of the puja.
• Prasad delivery (if applicable) depends on your location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays or damage during transit.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any puja. The puja is performed as a spiritual offering, and the results are believed to be in the hands of the Divine.

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

6. Rescheduling Policy

• You may request to reschedule your puja once, free of cost, if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Additional rescheduling requests may incur a small administrative fee.
• If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you and offer the next available date at no extra cost.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for Sankalp and booking.
• Not use our website for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Not attempt to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content, images, or material from our website without permission.
• Respect the religious sentiments associated with the puja services.
• Not hold SomAbhisek.com or Panditji responsible for any personal, financial, or health-related outcomes of the puja.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SomAbhisek.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is the intellectual property of SomAbhisek.com and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SomAbhisek.com, its owners, Panditji, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our website or services.
• Any delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of puja due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any outcome — positive or negative — resulting from the puja.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Any technical issues, viruses, or unauthorized access to your data.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SomAbhisek.com, Pandit Kush Nimeshbhai Pathak, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
